As a 5-opera subscriber, you get to keep your seats from season to season, save 25% off of individual ticket prices, and enjoy flexible exchanges. Additional information about the Auto-Renewal Service and your exclusive benefits are below.
For your 2019-20 subscription order, make sure to confirm your order by February 8 to lock in your Auto-Renewal benefits! Use the secure link below to log into your account, verify your contact and order information, and enter a valid credit card number into our encrypted system. You will receive an email receipt when your credit card is charged.
How Auto-Renewal Works
- Each year, you will receive an email inviting you to confirm your order details before the upcoming season is announced.
- Once your order is confirmed, you’re eligible to receive an exclusive sneak preview of the upcoming season via email 4-7 days before the public season announcement.
- During your sneak preview, you may make changes to your order or opt out of the Auto-Renewal Service by calling Patron Services. If you opt out, your seats will not be released; you’ll receive follow-up renewal emails and renewal mailings.
- After your sneak preview, your subscription sale is final, with no refunds, and you’re eligible for all Auto-Renewal benefits. Should you need to exchange your tickets, you can do so beginning with Courtesy Days (Summer 2019 – we’ll make sure to notify you).
- Your subscription tickets and additional information will be mailed in August 2019.
