Enjoy a pre-recital, behind-the-scenes wine reception at the MN Opera Center, with a look into the scene and costume shops as they prepare for our upcoming productions. This invitation-only gathering will take place prior to the recital An Evening of Russian and American Songs with David Leigh and Mario Antonio Marra.

ABOUT THE PERFORMANCE
David Leigh (bass) and MN Opera Head of Music Mario Antonio Marra will perform an evening of songs in recital at the Luminary Arts Center. The program will include music by Russian and American composers.
David Leigh
David Leigh has been described by Opera News as “a bass of unusual agility, depth and darkness,” and is already internationally known for his visceral and intelligent singing.
Mario Antonio Marra
Sought after pianist, coach, and conductor, Mario Antonio Marra is the Head of Music at Minnesota Opera where he also stewards the development of the company’s Resident Artists.
