PARKING

Limited parking is available first-come, first served starting 90 minutes prior to the time of the performance at the Minnesota Opera parking lot located across the street from the Luminary Arts Center. Parking is $5—Credit Card payments only. For information about additional parking options and directions, please visit:

Please note: The Luminary Art Center’s next-door neighbor, ACME Comedy Club, may be hosting performances on the date of your performance. Please allow ample time as lot parking may be limited in capacity.

 

 

 

ACCESSIBILITY 

For patrons requiring wheelchair access or with other accessibility needs, please contact Patron Services prior to your event at : 612-333-6669 and our team will be happy to assist you. 

Stairs are required to access all seats except those in row A. There are railings on all staircases.

 

 

 


ACCESS YOUR TICKETS

In addition to physical tickets, mobile tickets are also available. If you forgot your tickets at home or simply want to skip the line follow the directions below: 

FROM YOUR MOBILE DEVICE: 

Open your Prepare For You Performance email and click the “View Tickets” button. Sign into your MN Opera account, if you are not already logged in. Present the barcode and tickets will be scanned directly from your mobile device. 

 

 

 


EXCHANGES 

We want to make sure you have a great seat when you’re available to attend. Don’t wait to exchange if you need to attend on a different date. Log into your account to exchange your tickets. 

Subscriber exchanges are fee-free—it’s one of the benefits of being a MN Opera subscriber. Individual ticket exchanges are subject to a $5 fee per ticket. Not yet a subscriber? Learn more here.

HEALTH AND SAFETY 

Masks will be encouraged and welcomed, but not mandatory for audience members. The Luminary will provide complimentary masks onsite should an audience member wish to utilize them. If you are exhibiting symptoms of COVID-19 or other illness, we request that you refrain from attending.

 

 

 

RUNTIME 

Approximately 1 hour and 57 minutes with a 25-minute intermission approximately 53 minutes into the show. 

 

 


CONTENT ADVISORY

This production includes recorded gunshots, explosions, war planes, loud sound effects, and non-firing firearms. This is contained in the first 40 minutes of Act I. Ask for specific timings at the counter.

 

 


LATE SEATING

Latecomers will be seated approximately 10 minutes into the opera or at intermission.
