Thank you for your support! We are excited to see you at Minnesota Opera’s biggest night out! Our annual fundraising event is guaranteed to transform lives – from audiences to artists.  

Please complete the form below for you and your guests’ meal choices, dietary information, and more. You’ll be able to select from the following meal options:

Chicken: Mediterranean Chicken Breast w/ tomatoes, Spanish olives, capers and wine in a herb wine reduction with grilled polenta cake and seasonal vegetables.
Beef: Slow roasted short ribs w/ creamy mascarpone polenta and seasonal roasted vegetables.
Vegetarian: Vegan Paella w/ artichokes, snap peas, green beans, onion, mushroom, red bell pepper, peas, asparagus sautéed with Spanish Rice in a rich saffron broth.
