Shraesht Chitkara

Shraesht Chitkara is a queer, multidisciplinary dancer and creative whose work draws from global movement vocabulary, including Kathak, vogue fem, and street styles. A graduate of UC Davis with degrees in Design and Theater & Dance, Chitkara approaches performance as a vehicle for storytelling, identity, and expression, creating work that celebrates queer joy while pushing boundaries and challenging conventions. Their performance credits include the “Cruel Intentions Tour” by Shreea Kaul, Queer Movement Fest, Lilly Singh, and Ishami Dance Company. Chitkara uses movement to tell stories that explore identity, celebrate queer joy, and connect with audiences across backgrounds and experiences.
