Karin Olson
Karin Olson, Lighting Designer, has previously designed The Song Poet and The Snowy Day for Minnesota Opera. She has designed regionally for Oregon Shakespeare Festival, Syracuse Stage, Cleveland Playhouse, North Carolina Black Rep, and Trinity Rep. Locally, she has designed at The Guthrie, The Children’s Theatre, Park Square Theatre, Theater Mu, Artistry, The Jungle Theater and many others. Local premieres include Johnny Skeeky at Theatre Latté Da, BRKFST Dance’s StormClutter, and I am Betty at the History Theater. She also designed Into The Burrow: A Peter Rabbit Story at the Alliance Theatre in Atlanta – which won a Suzi Bass award for Outstanding Design.
Karin is a 23′-24′ McKnight Theater Artist Fellow.
