How does enrollment work?
Sign up for auto-renewal before December 4, 2015 by calling the Minnesota Opera Ticket Office at 612-333-6669, M-F, 10am-5pm. You’ll be able to verify or update your subscription, plus choose whether to add on parking, libretti, Behind the Curtain tickets, or an annual donation.
Do I get to review my order each year before processing?
You’ll receive an email each year with a sneak preview of the upcoming season and your renewal order details before your payment is processed. If you wish to make changes to your order or opt out of this service, you may do so by the deadline provided in the email. Otherwise, your order will be processed as listed, and you don’t have to do a thing!
Can I make changes to my order?
You may make changes to your order for the 2016-2017 season until January 11, 2016 at 5pm. Auto-renewal orders with change requests will have priority status, seated immediately following unchanged 5-opera renewal orders.
When will my payment be processed?
The payment processing period for the 2016-2017 season begins January 18, 2016. If you select the easy payment plan option, your order will be divided into four equal payments and your card will be charged at intervals no less than 30 days apart. A one-time processing fee of $3 will be applied to your order. Your credit card must expire after June 2016.
What if I want to opt-out in the future?
After enrolling, you may opt out of the auto-renewal program until January 11, 2016 at 5pm. Simply call the Ticket Office at 612-333-6669, M-F, 10am-5pm. Opting out of the auto-renewal service will not release your seats or cancel your subscription. If you choose to opt out of this service, we will resume mailing paper renewal invoices to you each season.
Who is eligible to enroll in auto-renewal?
Auto-renewal service is available for full-season subscribers only at this time. An email address is required and payments must be made via credit card for this service. If you are unsure whether you are eligible, please call the Minnesota Opera Ticket Office at 612-333-6669, M-F, 10am-5pm.
