Options for 2019-2020 Ticket Holders

Thank you for your understanding as we move forward in our community-wide effort to slow the transmission of COVID-19. COVID-19 is negatively affecting so many industries, including the live performing arts. While we are working to reschedule our various artist contracts to an upcoming season, we recognize that many of our creators are dependent on the income they would have received for their upcoming performances. MN Opera is committed to supporting our artists during this extraordinary circumstance and to that end we have established an Artist Support Fund for artists both on and off stage.

Your support will keep Minnesota Opera and its artists strong through this difficult time. We thank you for your gifts.

Options for Ticket Holders for Edward Tulane and Don Giovanni and Any Ancillary Events:

• You may request the value of your ticket be reissued as a tax-deductible donation to the Artist Support Fund to help us pay the creators who were preparing incredible performances this spring. All donations to the Artist Support Fund will be matched dollar for dollar thanks to the generous support of Kyle Kossol and Tom Becker, Bill and Janet Schaeder, and anonymous donors.
• You may request the value of your ticket be reissued as a gift certificate to be used online toward tickets in the upcoming 2020-2021 Season.
• You may request a refund (less any fees) in the amount of your tickets. (PHONE ONLY)

If you choose to complete the form online, you’ll need to sign into your MN Opera account.

Please note the following: If you have already filled out the online form or called Patron Services, no action is required.If you have tickets for Don Giovanni in addition to Edward Tulane, you only need to fill out the online form once. If no action is taken on your account by May 17, 2020, the cost of your tickets will be added to the Artist Support Fund. Thank you for your patience as we continue to process submissions.
