Application – Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Coordinator

With the Company’s mission and the Diversity as guides, the Impact teams works to deepen the engagement of MN Opera programming, particularly with communities that have been traditionally excluded from opera. Our unit performs a vital role in the Company achieving its equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) goals, keeping these value central in operations as well as artmaking. The EDI Coordinator executes tasks in support of the administrative, budgetary, logistical, and programmatic management of department efforts. In addition, the EDI Coordinator provides support, on duties as assigned, to the Vice President, Impact and EDI Director. The EDI Coordinator also helps ensure that MN Opera shows up in ways that are generative, ethical, and progressive for the Twin Cities and music and theatre fields.
