Application – Development Manager

The Development Manager plays an important part in the day-to-day operations and success of the fundraising program at Minnesota Opera. The primary responsibilities for this position are to support the annual giving strategies and manage the mid-level giving program; raise funds from a portfolio of patrons through effective solicitation, stewardship, and cultivation processes; create and manage MN Opera’s fundraising events and ensure KPIs for each event are met. The Development Manager works collaboratively to support an anti-racist and anti-oppressive culture of philanthropy at Minnesota Opera.
