Application – Associate Institutional Gifts Director

The Associate Institutional Giving Director plays a critical role in the growth of fundraising efforts and success at Minnesota Opera, and works collaboratively and strategically to advance the build an anti-racist and anti-oppression culture of philanthropy at MN Opera. This leadership position is responsible for all unrestricted and restricted grants and reports for corporations, foundations, and government agencies. The Associate Institutional Giving Director manages the forecast for institutional funding, oversees grants management and works to identify new sources of support, including national foundations. The Associate Institutional Giving Director creates and oversees recognition benefits with a focus on employee activation and retention and develops relationships with key funding partners. This position reports to the Development Director and works closely with the Finance, Impact, Artistic and Marketing departments.
