Application – Access & Engagement Director

Responsible for the administrative, programmatic, and strategic leadership of Minnesota Opera’s community- building and accessibility-focused public programs, the Access & Engagement Director has oversight over a suite of public engagement programs aimed at building continuous mutually-beneficial relationships with the Twin Cities community; learning about our mainstage productions, artists, and creative processes; and engaging in community dialogue about social issues thematically related to our artistic offerings. In addition, the Access & Engagement Director will continue to address (disability, socioeconomic, and gender) accessibility issues at each of our venues, in our company culture and policies, and in digital media (1 FTE).
